Prior to Ashland, Denise held marketing and positions in personal care at Croda; industry management positions at Univar; and sales, market research and marketing positions at the Dow Chemical Company.  Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and has had executive education at IMD in Switzerland.  Denise has 19 years of experience in the Personal Care Industry and has authored several articles.

Ann Druffner
Global Marketing Director – Household and Oral Care

Ann is global marketing director for Ashland Household and Oral Care. During her 17 years at Ashland, Ann has held positions marketing ingredients for personal care and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Ann held positions in marketing, business and new product development and sale with the Dow Chemical Company.  

Jennifer O’Hara

Jennifer started her career in consumer product goods as a co-op with Procter and Gamble R&D.  After graduating in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech, Jennifer gained valuable  manufacturing and supply chain experience at Rohm and Haas (now Dow Chemical) before entering the personal care industry at Presperse Inc. She started with Ashland in 2009 as a global account manager, partnering with key cosmetic makers for many years.  Now, Jennifer is part of the personal care marketing team, focused on global innovations and trends in sun care and color cosmetics.
