Joseph Dallal
Joseph Dallal has spent most of his life in the Personal Care world, starting with growing up in his Mother’s salon, after earning his license in Cosmetology, he worked his way through college, finishing with a double major in Anatomy and Physiology, and in Chemistry. His industry experience has been developing Hair Care formulations, processes, and evaluation/claims at Redken, Zotos, then Ashland Specialty Ingredients, where he continues the art and science of formulation, presentations of new technology, claim substantiation methods, brainstorming and innovation with clients around the world, INDIEs to MNCs.
Joseph has been an SCC member all his career, being active at the chapter, Area, and National level, serving at many positions, including President of the National SCC in 2012.
Leonora Gregory
Leonora Gregory has been with Ashland for over a decade. She has a dual role as Global Key Account Manager, and Northeast manager for biofunctional and natural products business development. Lee has been working in the personal care industry for over 20 years. Her roles included sales, marketing and technical service. Prior to that she worked in the polymer and diagnostics industries. Lee has a B.S. and M.S. in chemistry.
Anne Clay
Anne Clay is Global Marketing and Business Development Manager for Ashland Biofunctionals. Her role is to manage the launch of Vincience biofunctionals globally, for both skin and scalp beauty products. She also promotes the company’s latest scientific advances in skin biology and the sustainable technologies for developing clean and innovative biofunctionals. Anne is also in charge of the validation of Ashland natural solutions globally, in accordance with COSMOS, the European standard for organic and natural cosmetic products.
Post-graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy in the University of Lyons, France, Anne holds a Msc in Cutaneous Biology and Immunology, France, and a Master Degree in biochemistry from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, France. Anne has 25 years’ experience in the Cosmetic industry with different positions in Research & Development, Communications, Sales and Marketing. She regularly gives educational talks in seminars on scientific, technical and marketing aspects of Ashland biofunctionals.
