Visit us at AAPS 2024 PharmSci 360

show dates: Oct 20-23, 2024
location: Salt Lake City, Utah
booth: 1903

Ashland’s team of solvers is looking forward to seeing you at AAPS 2024 PharmSci 360, where you’ll have the opportunity to discover our newest products.

Ashland solvers will be on hand to discuss the industry’s most complete portfolio of excipients, including the introduction of klucel ls™ low substituted-hydroxypropyl cellulose (hpc), a binder and disintegrant for solid dosage forms, and the recently improved polyplasdone™ LN crospovidone, a superdisintegrant with low and controlled nitrite specification to manage nitrosamines challenges effectively.

When you're ready to formulate, we're ready to work with you. To set up a meeting with us at AAPS, fill out the form below on the right.

Partner Presentation

date: Tuesday, October 22 at 10:30 am -11:30 am
location: 360 Stage #3, Exhibit Hall
presentation title: Excipient Design and Selection for Sustainable Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Products

overview: Climate change is compelling the pharmaceutical industry to reduce its environmental footprint. This also affects formulation design, and the unit processes required for manufacturing. Excipients frequently comprise more than 50% of the dosage form, yet most excipients and the unit processes used were developed in a prior era. We will highlight trends in excipient and unit process design that can significantly reduce carbon footprint and enhance the sustainability and profitability of new products.
