- bondwell™ carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) binders are easy-to-use, ensuring the integrity of your ion batteries. Typically used with styrene butadiene (SB) latex, naturally derived bondwell™ binders are renowned for their usability, integrity, and sustainability.
- polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) K Series is a hygroscopic and amorphous polymer. It is widely employed in the process of membrane manufacturing to control pore structure and enhance the hydrophilic properties of membrane surfaces with wide range of K values. It yields excellent chemical and temperature stability, improved hydrophilic properties of surfaces with less fouling and good biocompatibility.
- micropure™ NMP solvent is used to prepare solution of polyvinylidene (PVDF) for use as a cathode binder. Micropure EG (electronic grade) solvent, a high purity grade of N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NMP), is used to prepare solutions of polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) for use as a cathode binder. Cathode slurries produced with Micropure EG solvent have ideal characteristics for coating on aluminum foil and for use in a solvent recovery systems. Micropure EG solvent meets the exacting standards for low color, and low moisture and metal content required by the lithium-ion battery market.
